I was born with my sun at 29 degrees Sagittarius so it progressed into Capricorn really early on. I have a progressed Scorpio rising, Capricorn sun and Pisces moon. I have Mercury, Mars and Jupiter retrograde so those have all stayed the same but turned direct. My Venus has progressed into Aquarius. I can definitely see the changes in myself when I look at my progressed chart.
Ok wow. I must admit I have been sceptical about the progressed chart but I decided to check it out just now.. I'm also a Cancer rising and the time in my life where apparently my Ascendant progressed into Leo is very symbolic and personal for me. I got chills! Need to look into this more 😬
Thank you so much for helping me catch something that was obvious but that I never focussed on !!! Making it short: My natal Sun is 26ª 30´ (to make it round) of Piscis and my younger brother was born around 3,5 years after me. So when he was born my progressed Sun changed to Aries and from that moment my life was characterized by the meaning of that zodiac sign (war) !!! Thirty (30) years later when my progressed Sun changed to Taurus I bought a farm with the house, in which I still live, in; and I began ti be wealthy !!!
One year ago my pregressed Sun changed to Geminis and now I´m retired, my children are ground ups, and I have plenty of time to study and learn about metaphysics, astrology, quantum physics and that kind of subjects !!!
I´m quite impressed by astrology because it´s much more exact than I was expecting !!! But at the same time I´m quite disappointed to discover that most of my life was already pre-determined when I was born !!! Maybe I could have a concious influence in my life if I knew astrology when I was young, but I did not know astrology at that time so that all I did was just running according to the astrological influences defined in my natal chart and the interactions with the transits and other factors like those defined by the secondary progressions, the primary directions, the atacirs and so on !!!
Now I have some knowledge but now it´s too late !!!
that’s my issue with astrology as well. discovering astrology and a lot of the patterns throughout my life was a mind-fuck to say the least, and it is something i still battle with while deepening my studies. it’s something that I’m very passionate about but i battle with it a lot. diving head first into my studies and then quitting altogether has been the pattern as of lately. it’s very disheartening to know that a lot of the external circumstances around us are beyond our control. before learning astrology, I still had that naive child-like optimism about certain things.. kind of wish i could go back to life pre-astrology. my mercury is in pisces conjunct rahu, so i overthink about things that the average person could probably give a shit about haha. astrology is still fascinating nonetheless, but terrifying as well! very intimidating! ❤

So lemme get this straight and ask you in a very layman's language, in advance please forgive me if I sound naive and idiotic, I am just a common man and know very little about astrology. So if we consider ourselves as a building okay, a building, then the very foundation of that building is our natal chart, if we remove the foundation that is the base then everything else collapses, but our aim is to construct an entire building and not just the foundation, so we build the first floor on top of the ground floor which is the base, then the second floor, then the third floor and so on.
So the ground floor is our natal chart, the main thing, and the other floors are the progressed birth charts, as in what gets incorporated in us forever making us a complete building, when sign changes like say if the natal was in Scorpio sun Leo moon, and then let's consider after a certain period of time it becomes Sagittarius sun with a Scorpio moon, then the sun has changed one sign and the moon has changed twice... correct, but now when the sun will move into the sign of Capricorn and moon in Sagittarius, it is not that, that the qualities of the previous signs that is Sagittarius sun and Scorpio moon will vanish in thin air, that's not what happens, what happens is that the qualities of these signs gets incorporated in this person forever, just like the floors in the building, there's always a ninth floor after the eighth floor but just because we have a ninth floor now the eighth floor doesn't cease to exist, it's very much there and will forever remain there, if anybody tries to take away only that, then all the floors above will collapse and it also might affect the base a little and but of course the building will never be constructed. So when the sign changes the previous sign doesn't disappear but gets entrenched in the DNA of that person forever and prepares for the dose of the next sign. This is what I understood about the progressed birth chart, yes but some signs never change though like Lilith and yes the good old Pluto sign they hardly move a degree or so in 34 or 35 years of life....now you tell me dear is my conception right or wrong ?

Yep Much like adding on levels to a building, you can't get to Capricorn without going through Sagittarius, so that progressed experience informs your ability to arrive at the next progression and by no means vanishes into thin air. I like the analogy!
@@NinaBAstrology thanks for helping me understand better and was I also correct about the Lilith and Pluto sign because from what I ahve noticed it won't change at all just a few degrees maybe from 11 to 14 degrees in the entire lifetime but that's it, maybe because Lilith is you past life Karma I mean the lesson that one needs to learn in this life, so that can't change and Pluto the most powerful one where every soul has to depart one day that is to the underworld, marks the purpose of our soul in this life, irrespective of one's sun sign, and someone told me if one is from the Pluto in Scorpio generation then in all probability in their next life they will again be born into the same generation in their next life, because once your soul is born in the underworld your soul will forever belong to the underworld, hence Pluto sign also can't change. That's what I found when I generated the charts of quite a few elderly people, everything else changed but not the Lilith and Pluto signs. So is that correct Nina ?

13:25 Dear Nina, I recomend you to take a look at the " Huber method" in order to undesrstand the dinamics of signs and houses strengthening. For example: The highest strength of a house is around the cusp of that house and it can afect the preceding house because the preceding house is the weaker in that degrees. With signs is different, the highest strength of a sign is around the middle (that means 15 degrees of that sign) of that sign; so that at the beginning and the end of two signs both signs are weak and there could be a little of non-deffinition on those degrees.
But, to understand it the best you should read and study the "Huber method" by yourself !!!

Saturn is also transiting over your natal sun....in terms of experiencing a mentality of lack....it's actually a stressfully maturing period when Saturn passes over the sun....but it may also be the progressed scorpio moon as you say.

Natal chart I have a Leo Venus in 8th house and the Leo aspect neverrrr resonated with me only 8th house Scorpio. I checked out my progressed and saw Venus in Virgo in the 8th house and I relate to it so much better it’s insane.
Im super interested in progressed charts so thank you for this video! Natally a 4° Capricorn Sun, 0° Libra Moon, and 4° Aquarius Rising. Currently just started my Pisces Ascendant progresssion this year and my progressed moon is in Gemini 4th house but will be progressign into Cancer by next year ! And on top of that in two years my natal Scorpio Mars will turn into a Sagittarius Mars as well catchitn up to my Scorpio Venus turned Sagittarius Mars :). Its gonna be such an interesting change with Mars progressing for the first time in the chart !

I have always used whole sign houses to read natal charts. I was taught that this was the most accurate. Do you suggest not using whole signs as to see interceptions? this is a new concept to me since there are no interceptions in whole sign!

Hi Nina! You're explanation about the progressed chart was amazing and change is inevitable.
Does the progressed rising change or does it stay the same?
The progressed rising changes like everything else in the progressed chart, but not nearly as quickly as it does in real time. Because the progressed chart is tracking the sky on a 24 hour basis, the progressed rising will only slowly inch into the next sign. My cancer rising might’ve moved from cancer to Leo in 20 minutes real time, but within 24 hours the rising was still in Cancer. Make sense?

how do you recommend interpreting progressed chart planets aspecting natal chart planets? for natal aspects it's easy to find interpretations to help me better understand, but not so for the aforementioned aspects.
I would recommend approaching it like a relationship reading. You're looking for the compatibility of your natal chart with your progressed chart :)

If im doing a progressed synastry chart howwww important is the time of birth with progressed synastry charting? Should i not even bother if i only know the time of birth for only one of the parties? It can be a matter of personal preference though usually you read transits according to the natal chart. Transits have more to do with how the current energy of the world is affecting you at your core whereas progressions have to do with how you are evolving within this world.
