    There's an excellent dynamic between these two trainers. One explains the principles of movement which can work for some people. The other gets hands on and guides the movements when the demonstrations fail to impart the knowledge.
    When I first learned to do a tuck roll it came pretty naturally, but for some of the others there was a lot of hip bumps and head bumps. They could've benefited tremendously from this dude coming in and guiding their hips. We all learn differently.
    Big kudos to these two trainers.

      A PLF is kind of a reverse parkour roll using the same principles. With a parkour roll, after the balls of your feet hit the ground, you spread out the impact across your body from top to bottom. With a PLF it's bottom to top.

      CardboardSeven well parkour first started in the streets of the suburbs of Paris and was inspired by french militery training that was done partialy in the woods, so you don' t really need a Gym for it. The Parkour Movement in my city ist rather big and they don't need one. Just search the Internet for Parkour clubs in your City look at the training dates and visit them, the ones in my city where really welcoming !😉👍

    Despite being a super un-sporty kid I took up parkour about two years ago. It's so much fun for feeling badass, building strength and (very slowly) building confidence. I've always had problems with confidence but all of my parkour coaches have been excellent for breaking up moves into teeny tiny baby tasks.
    TL;DR: I recommend parkour to everyone.

    Blowguns, sword/dagger fighting, takedowns, holds, nunchucks, archery, and now parkour. When did this show turn in to The Modern Ninja?

    • @MushVPeets
      @MushVPeets 5 років тому

      I mean, the stereotypical fantasy rogue shares a lot with the stereotypical fantasy ninja, just more with an emphasis on skills acquired here and there by necessity and less on years of training on a mountain in some ancient art of ninjutsu.

      if a ninja has to put their physical training to use,.... they failed at being a ninja.

    • @MushVPeets
      @MushVPeets 5 років тому

      An actual ninja, sure. But fantasy ninja seem to often be almost warriors... for... some... reason. Kind of like fantasy rogues.

    Wow! Every joint in my body is aching at just the thought of trying this. I wish I could do it, but I've had it up to my ass with hospitals, so I won't. (I've had cars that needed less repair than my ankle, and there's a shoulder that sounds like a drum corps warming up.) Would Parkour be useful if someone was shooting at you?
