heck yeah. i still ride older cartels because i love the old style leather ankle straps so much more than the new shitty all composite straps they have now a days. i wish they would go back to full leather straps again, theyre so much better and way more comfortable
@jugeen Autocant is a gimmick. Look at this years Cartel and Cartel X, both do not have Autocant vs Malavita that does and they look identical. Why would MM put extra layers of foam on the outside of the binding foot bed other than to cant it?
@Neil Preston that's because autocant is basically different density EVA in specific zones. It should look EXACTLY the same as the difference is just the material density...

I love that you're riding a full camber, super stiff 160cm board. Full sized riding requires a full sized snowboard!!
The Hometown Hero comes with a directional camber. Shorter Tail & Longer Nose with around 12mm Taper give that board it's unique float!
