Cocoon~Forever?

In 1985, Ron Howard directed "Cocoon," a science fiction drama that centers around a group of elderly individuals residing in a retirement community situated in St. Petersburg, Florida. The plot follows a group of amicable extraterrestrials who arrive on Earth and hide their spacecraft in a nearby swimming pool. The retirees stumble upon mysterious cocoons containing rejuvenating properties and become increasingly intrigued by them.
As the retirees begin to absorb the life force from the cocoons, they experience a significant reversal of age-related symptoms and renewed vitality. However, their newfound youthfulness brings forth unanticipated consequences and ethical dilemmas.
The retirees are faced with ethical questions regarding the outcomes of their actions and the significance of life, love, and friendship. Meanwhile, the aliens are also in a dilemma as they must decide whether to reclaim the cocoons or permit the retirees to continue benefiting from their powers.
