So it's the law aspect of constitutionalism that gets over their head and they are correct in the legal aspect but it is politically fatal because politics is a different game altogether. Some say there is no morality in politics but it would be oxymoronic in respect to the nature of politics by president chamisa. Put simply, democracy is the tyranny of the majority and the majority can be wrong for that matter but thats the ills of the same democracy as it has its own merits.
