Mine sees the files, then starts to play it, and then decides it can no longer see the USB drive. I have to unplug the USB drive, plug it back in to get the TV to see it, then select the file, and the same thing happens. I have tried many different file types, same result.

first format your usb to type fat32

in my case, my video are 1280 x 720 and 30 FPS but still can't play at the TV 😢do you have any solution?
