Idk about yall but if im paying $100 plus for a item especially from a brand that claims to be "luxury", I'd except the upmost level quality and customer services. I received 20% refund later but it’s not because I upload this video. I got to know this “policy” from another victim on Weibo (a social media platform in China). If I didn’t know or didn’t ask for, they would definitely not tell the way or refund. Hope more customers know this truth. If you received B&E product with poor quality, remember to ask for refund.

I emailed them and stated that I want my money back, but they refused. They claimed that the product has no visible damage and look just like the website’s photo. Paying nearly 200 to receive such an awful experience. I guess we are just one of their customers, our opinions are not that important or making any severe impact on their business

I'm so sorry to hear that you had bad experience with the brand. Maybe there's a difference in both quality of item and customer service from when she first started and how it is now? My assumption only... I ordered two dresses from different seasons in the first year and never had any problems. The qualities of both dresses are excellent and still is today. But those were the only two times. The designs afterwards were somehow meh and not worth the prices. One red flag I saw was their website. If there's no effort in it, then I as a customer won't be interested at all. Jessica seems to follow the European trends and because I live in Europe, they are accessible for me. In a way, I can see and judge the quality better from other high ends and if it's worth the price.

I don’t know whether people noticed that B&E expands a lot of stores in China’s mainland, as well as online store. I went to the one in Beijing and I bought 3 T-shirts. It was not just one instance The payment which suddenly failed and didn't go through, the horrible customer service, the buttons falling off, the jacket filled with threads, hole in the jacket. She was clearly a customer, perhaps a loyal one at that too with the way she was showing off the purchases she had made. Even if she only bought one, and didn't like it she has every right to complain as a customer. Also she further gave examples of other peoples experiences with the product from that weibo comment section.

Make a phone call may be the fastest way to check how’s your order going. I remember there’s a phone number on its website.

我买过很多次他们的产品了 也是他们的老客户了 别说 整体来说我还挺喜欢这个品牌的 打分的话我打8.8/10分 设计很用心且用料其实还不错 t恤的面料跟普通的真的不一样 挺舒服的 而且剪裁什么的也挺好 就看得出jessica确实是很有诚意在做品牌 但一些衣服的纽扣确实容易掉 得自己加固 而且冬天的一些羊毛衣服也比较容易起球 这个确实是个问题 不过这个问题我觉得可以接受 毕竟很多与它差不多价格品牌的衣服都这样 而且羊毛嘛 它那个材料就决定了它就是有这个毛病 所以起球也很正常 至于客服嘛 其实我感觉还可以 可能谈不上特别好但也基本上有问必答了 态度也还不错 但是有一点 他们好像对于发货时间这个问题客服可能不知道怎么回啊什么的 就之前是不回复的 我还为此发了顿脾气 至于官网嘛 没发现有什么重大问题 目前也就前段时间的尺码表打不开 不过最近好了。
