While duking it out with Iris, not the mastermind I suspect behind everything, but definitely one of the main generals. That final fight was awesome, as was the prior fight.
This is what the final level of any roguelike should feel like. You just blasting through the level killing anything and everything the game throws at you with the insanely strong combo you should already have by this point. Seeing enemies that previously were a challenge just explode instantly. But still be demanding enough that if you break the pace oe didn't create your build well enough, you can easily get overwhelmed and die. Perfect execution.
Yesterday i just nailed the end of the song. My brobot, who was assassin, got downed and then IRIS began focusing on me. It was Hard Mode, with all Elite Menaces active. As a Commando,i had two rocket jump weapons, both elemental. When it rushed at me,i rushed and jumped, done the rocket jump and Shorty'd his last bit of health, instantly, death from above style, like it was in the ending. It was fucken metal and it was so relieving!
...Of my climb through this game... I had not engaged with Iris before I got all the crystals, and I only now, after three attempts of meeting and beating her to Phase 2, that I was successful and won. I couldn'tve done it without that spare head chip I got, but boy fucking howdy was it satisfying to rip through them with 4 engie sentries, dual vipers, and a tesla cannon.
I didn't get to hear the end parts of the song in game until I best it on hardmode, it felt like I had become a master of the game and it made something I had done over and over again and again feel just like it did the first time I beat the boss.
Hearing the familiar title screen riffs at the end of everything was fucking exquisite

My absolute favourite videogame trope is when the final boss or final level plays the game's main theme
Iris: Why do I hear boss music?
Indie game of the year. A non stop ride from start to finish. All carried by your music. Ty for giving life with this game.
That moment when a good sound track is accompanied by an equally good game.

I still can't beat Iris Phase 2, but I love how epic this soundtrack is every time I get there. Amazing work!

I like to imagine this plays when you fight the true final boss or if the final boss has a secret fibal phase
So this plays during the final boss.
@arutemisemtrai9769 Yes, my theory was correct. Aftershock plays during the first phase and this plays during the second phase.
When the music plays you just think "Let's get this son of a bitch"
Yes I'd like to see a secret fibal phase too
@@arutemisemtrai9769 I suspect the final boss won't stay the true final boss in a year or so. My suspicion is they're just a pawn by a mastermind...😉
Title Screen 2: The Sequel
Always love the idea of "this is your theme through the eyes of the enemy" feel to songs.

Highly, HIGHLY underrated track. You could put this in SO many video games and it would just amp shit up
This goes so hard
Ooooo that extra softness in the mix just soothing and easing people into the beat.
I've never played this game, but this OST is really good!
God damn i live for new noisecream posts great work on roboquests soundtrack
Чудово!
This is like when you fight the last boss in Elden Ring. Fucking epic.
Yes. Yery.
I really hope you win best soundtrack at the game awards for this
Nope, gonna be another anime game.
casually drops hard beat already in a main menu
Main Menu theme is Metal Hero, this is a remix for the second phase of a run's final boss.
@@Y00bi oh aight, didn't know because I haven't met the final boss yet, thanks for letting me know!
Мне из за саундтрека аж захотелось в саму игру сыграть
This perfectly fits for the final battle of the game and i love every bit of it just a final showdown you and iris
Nice song.
SO FIRE
Leaving likes and comments under every new release ❤

Good final boss fight
Мега хорош
jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
im confused, how are there more tracks for this?
the game is fully releasing soon!
Soundtrack better than game, at least for me, a person with terrible reaction times and click precision lol
