This pilot reminds me of Bob Hoover. His ability to do low altitude loops with the power back is quite a testament to his talent. And he shows off the Globe Swift quite well.

Woñderful flight. My brother worked at the Swift Museum in Athens Tn. in the early eightes with Charlie Nelson. I lost my brother Johnny Bob Underdown Jr. a couple of weeks ago and watching your video reminds me of the list he had for life. I know quite well the capabilities of the Swift and the brotherhood of those of you who fly them. My brother had not flown in years but always remained in love with the Swifts and was so proud to have been an important part of getting and keeping alot of your planes in the air. I'm very proud to have been there when my brother soloed and to have flown with him at the controls. Thank you so much for the video and if I could ask all you guys to think about Johnny Bob "Bobby" the parts man at the Swift Museum next time you "Go Up". Again Thank You so very much for sharing why The Swift is such an exceptional airplane and why they are loved by those fortunate enough to have flown them.

Amazing flying skills! Never knew a swift could do this. My Dad had one ( N3243K ) for about 10 years during the 70's. I logged a little over 100 hours in it and man what a great plane it was. Thanks for the video I have watched it quite a few times.

Daaaammnn! I found myself giggling uncontrollably a couple times. I wanna fly!!
I've only been up a couple times commercially, once in an ultralight and once in a sailplane. I can't wait for the next time up!! :-)

His canopy looked pretty poor. The right side left an air gap when closed.

I can remember flying a swift back in the early 1970s. It was placarded on the instrument panel..AEROBATICS PROHIBITED.
