As a black man, I salute the black men on the panel for their accomplishments. They are all very accomplished men. With that said, I have to salute them again for passing on women who lack their seeming maturity and CLASS. These women show how uncouth they are as soon as something doesn't go their way. I believe this show would be best suited for men and women between the ages of 25 and 39. This age range captures a group that is more mature, established, and still in the prime of their "young adult" years.
