one of the biggest building tips u could ever get is dont do thick structurals. like thick square beams are not cute bro on ANYTHING. like the thinner it is the better or if u need something to be quite tall use planks because they look so much better and so much more realistic 🙏🙏 a good way to put it is thick beams (the two biggest sizes of them) are like lego duplo and the two smaller sizes of beams are like normal lego. normal lego is so much better, and if u think the smaller beams dont stand out as much, u layer it with more smaller beams (hard to explain). also similar thing are roofs, dont make the roof thick like the thinner, the better. thick roofs just look weird and unrealistic and chunky and unnatural especially flat and gable roofs, like i beg dont size up their thickness 🙏
