you can usually go on online stores to find scrapbooking "kits" or stickers/washis. but it's totally okay to just use scrap papers from magazines or old books which is what I do.

i think there are many types of journaling styles? im not sure but i tend to switch from writing included to sometimes just stickers and paper. depends on the journalist and how they wanna express themselves on that day :D

Just a tip you can cut out things from books like gardening books nature books magazines anything really and use them in your journals.Hope that helps

It does have a purpose. For some it's calming, relaxing, and just fun. This is more creative/art journaling.
