hi mommytang i'm from malaysia i've been following you years ago since mukbang vd.. love to see you enjoying our food😁 and fyi malaysian have 3 common race which are indian,chinese and malay so that's why the foods are kinda similar and our foods have lots of varieties here.. for thai,since we're neighbor's country malaysian also eat lots of thai foods like tomyam,kerabu mangga(fruit salad) and many more.. i'm happy seeing you eat malaysian food hehe😆

Some people can eat once a day and be perfectly fine… others need to eat more. Your diet is YOUR diet, it’s what works for you personally. I knew eating once a day wouldn’t work for you b/c you love food too much. People go to such extremes when “dieting” it’s so unnecessary. Listen to your body and make healthy decisions ✌🏾

Omg I love HomeGoods too! It has such homey-good stuff-LOL! Ramen and Korean soup looked so delicious! We have a place called Amitabul in Chicago and it's an all vegan Korean restaurant. My fav dish is the spicy rice cake soup with veggies.🤤😊💞

Im loving these new mukbang videos!! But i wanted to let you know intermittent fasting doesnt have to be just one meal a day, you can eat for certain hours of the day. Example: fasting from 5pm-12pm(next day) and only eating from 12pm-5pm.💓💓💓

hi mommy tang! once in a while, doing intermittent fasting can be good for our stomach, since our stomach work hard to break down the food we eat everyday and it can use a break. just don't do it everyday like you did during your last few vlogs. I can feel your pain of depriving yourself from food. in the future if u did gain weight, remember it can be muscle weight, since you are exercising everyday. muscle weighs more than fat. also you can call it happy weight too (eating good food with your children and hanki ). love you mommy tang
