ummm NO! im sorry but your story has me feeling some type of way. from the way i see it, you were talking to this guy for a while and def had some good chemistry going so it makes sense for him to ask you out so you guys can get together in real life and not just behind a phone screen. but i think you got cold feet and backed out which is fine but dont blame the guy for asking you out, whats wrong in what he did-esp after you kinda led him on. ok maybe the way he phrased was a little off with the whole "it only takes one time" BS but maybe he was just excited to meet you esp since you guys live close by. i think HE was the mature one in this situation by ending it with a you can be more open to new things statement.... sorry but not sorry
