The other night I listened to the one you made for including yogi states ~ it was absolutely beautiful and amazing ~ it’s become one of my favourites of yours 🦋💎🦋~ looking forward to listening to this one tonight ~ it’s lovely as I’m typing this ~ and my root chakra does need some help as I am recovering from Sepsis which is a life threatening infection . I unfortunately had a very minor colon procedure done ~ and the Doctor punctured my colon with his instrument. 😔 33 days in hospital and lost my gallbladder to the sepsis and 45 pounds. Your videos are helping me heal . Recovery is very painful 😣… I will fully recover! I am so very grateful for my Life !

Thank you for the honest gentle and loving reminder. It's hard to not allow the chaos into your soul in my life, but I will get there and have made so much progress. And I have the community of inner peace and true love for ones self to help me through the way. Believe it or not, but it's comments and encouragement from posts like yours that impact me so deeply. A man's tongue holds life or death, the choice is ours as to which we use our tongue for. I have found nothing but life in these forums and that has saved my life. Literally. When I first stumbled upon these type of forums I was about to take my own life so yes, someone's words really can be the only nice thing some people have heard in days, weeks, months and in my case years. So just wanted to say thank you for all the positive energy, encouragement and love.
