Also check what the hitch weight is for safe towing. Get a sway control system too.

You might consider 3/4" slats instead of plywood for the top bunk. The extra thickness compared to 1/2" plywood makes a big difference, and slats will let the matress breathe and not trap moisture. It's the top and bottom surface of the board that carry the load, and the further apart they are the better. The hollow door works because of how much space is between the veneer on each side.
Great video! Can't wait to see more of your camper project! I lived in an RV full time for 6 years and did lots of DIY projects. It's fun to see the transformation over time.

We recently painted the interior of our 5th wheeler, made a big difference. The kitchen sink will be heavy, so if you change it to a stainless steel one, you will save more weight.

Just finished watching this video and I really enjoyed it. I’m very impressed you didn’t go into debt to get this. Regarding the paint on your hands, wear disposable gloves like they use in hospitals. That will keep the paint off your hands and make cleanup a lot easier!

You know how interesting their family life is and you saw their food bills. Let’s get their subs up 100k in 2025. Fully play every episode . Comment every episode about something and share episodes with someone. Most of us can’t imagine. Lunch last episode was a stack of grilled cheese 18 inches high.

To remove window valance. You have to go from the bottom and remove shade so you can get at valance screws. Be very careful about your weight hauling. For safety take two vans. You add up the weight of 14 people and fuel and extras you will probably be over weight

There's an RV mattress company that has sponsored a lot of "Minimal Mom" videos. Maybe they would sponsor your video and give you some mattresses.
Also, consider some kind of cover for the stove and/or sink to make more counter space when the stove/sink is not in use. Single bowl sink might be better too.

Instead of tvs...I would put in storage for the kitchen. If it were me, I would also take the microwave out and help to open that area up. We had a similar camper and I always thought it was such a tight space above the stove/cooktop.

Don’t mean this in a negative way, I am and excited about your endeavor and love being able to travel with you, but please be aware leaks can be disastrous in a RV. We had a Wildwood years ago and didn’t keep it long due to leaking from the beginning, and we bought it new. Just a heads up, mold can set in quickly.

As for the yellowed plastic, it may work to use acne gel medicine. Maybe research it, but I found out about using it on plastic doll’s skin and it worked to bleach out marks.

Those children seem to be doing just fine. With the parents being true Christians they can feel the holy spirit in and around their family. They are complete. How sad it would be if each were still single parents. The childrens emotional well being is a given in this complete Christian home I believe!
