I was thinking to divide them, but then realized my work takes most of my time of the week anyway 😅 so should I just combine it then Or anyone reading this comment have any idea? I’m a time management coach & I’d suggest planning them separately. Plan your personal time & work tasks for the week then do quick daily check-ins at the end of your day. Happy to connect & help further if you’d like. My IG is @sadejones_
Heya! I’m in the same boat and I plan work + business + personal together. Because they all influence each other, right? If I have a super busy week at work, I know my business and personal tasks will need to be simpler so I can manage my energy properly. If both work AND business are busy, I try to add little moments of personal time for rest + Pilates + think that make me feel good. When I plan them all separately, I put waaaay too much on my plate and end the week exhausted. Hope this helps!

But for me, my tasks change all the time and this weeks tasks depend on what I got done last week and the outcome of last week's tasks. There is no real "maintenance" in my work. Any suggestions how I can determine my non-negotiables?

As a person with chronic pain I need a balance of accountability and flexibility. I need to do have structural to allow the highest change of me being able to do the activities but I need to be really honest able how I’m feeling each day and what I can do with out using so much energy I will burn out for the next day. (Occasionally for activities I know will us loads of energy I will then schedule in rest afterwards )
what to do though when you actually need accountability but it also majorly stresses you out / makes you annoyed at the people who are trying to keep you accountable :'(
