Indian isn't a language, and in India we have more than 19500 languages and dialects, and we aren't counting English and other foreign languages yet that too are spoken here.. Over the internet we mostly use Latin script aka English Script, and we tend to use words and phrases from different languages in a single sentence when we communicate.. I'm really sorry that you have a problem with the title in English while video was in Hindi, but as an Indian, we actually actually never noticed and felt the need change this habit, I guess the 'tolerance' is inbuilt in us..
