i have recently started to recover and deal with weight gain, and its been beyond hard. i have considered giving up so many times, but this video has showed me what i can look forward towards.
You are awesome for not giving up, despite how hard you’ve been finding things. When you’ve already put so much work in, and gone through so many tough times, it can take a lot of strength to keep pushing forward. But going back just means having to go through all of it again x
So proud of you Brooke, you are looking more beautiful and happy than ever 💗
Proud of you xxx
Thank you so much for this Brooke, I’m currently going through recovery and so I can relate to the struggle. Xx
Yay, love when I see an upload from you 💖🎉👑🎂.
Currently all in and this helps so much! Thank u😌
so happy to watch this video brooke ur so so strong
Such a helpful video, you’re so inspiring! 💕
Yesterday I ate pasta after 3 years! Still feeling the guilt. So this is so perfectly timed!
First of all, kudos to you for challenging a fear food. Nobody should ever feel guilty for eating; it’s not a crime. I’m saying this as someone who also struggles, so I know it’s not easy x
Thanks for doing this type of video, and the advice is really helping me so I am writing it down as a reminder to try and get my weight up. x
Just wanted to wish you luck in your recovery; it will be so worth it x
@@cazlovescakes thank you. Made a little progress today. Even though a tough day.x
@@carolking4124 And nothing can ever take that away from you x
You are so strong and beautiful, inside and outside.
proud of u sissy xxxxxxx
would you tell us about the all the stages you went through with 'all in' and when you stopped going 'all in' xxx
Honestly, "all in" never stops. All in means eating whatever you want how much you want when you want. Of course there is a period where you probably eat A LOT of food, but after a while the extreme hunger ends, and you start having normal hunger cues again. But the goal is still to honor your hunger and cravings, no matter what. So basically "all in" is just "normal eating", but after an eating disorder of period of starvation the "normal" gets so lost and seems extreme. But "all in", kind of leads in to eating intuitively!
Hope this makes sense
Sooooo helpful!! 🙏
Do a ha recovery video! I'm trying to get my period back but don't know hot much to ear or what to do
Hey I get what you mean that it’s not binging it’s just listening to what your brain wants and giving it, however how do you deal with the guilt after if you do listen to your body? Xxx
I'm happy for you. But also it can be important to have meal plans and structure as apposed to all in. With some people if they allow themselves to wake up and eat whatever they want this can mean eating not enough, nothing at all or some anorexia concoction. xx
💖
Could you link some of the videos you sent to your family?
wait you've got a boyfriend? xx
What if I want yo eat all day long? I always crave something
i dont know what you’re going through and im not a doctor but i’d guess thats probably your body trying to make up for restriction, i used to always have cravings and feel like i could eat my entire fridge twice and still be hungry but im a bit over a year into recovery and now i feel satisfied and dont think about food after having my meal, it takes a while but i promise if u keep listening to your body and cravings you will get to that point too!!
i can only repeat that! i have only let go completely 5 weeks ago and already my appetite, mental and physical hunger have changed. at first, i nonstop had mental hunger (any food+exercise thoughts), and my physical hunger cues hadn't set in yet, but now i am physically very hungry a lot so that when i eat i can now eat to mental hunger without feeling painfully stuffed. and sometimes, i just don't have any mental or physical hunger at all, or just less. but i had to go through those first 2-3 weeks of immense bloat and being stuffed and nauseous and still having to eat a lot. it does get better, but slowly. recovery for me is also learning that most quick fixes to problems are not sustainable. you got this!
@@minalovis thank you, good luck with your recovery
