I NEVER WASTE leftover rice🍚 Everyone was amazed when I made this for breakfast!
Chop 1 tomato
Add to a bowl
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Whisk well
Add 20g chopped green pepper
Add 150g leftover rice
Salt and black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
Parsley (optional)
Cut out the middle of a slice of bread
Medium-low heat
Melt unsalted butter in the pan
Put the bread in the pan
Add the mixture in the middle of the bread
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Place the middle of bread on top
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Flip over and cook for another 2 minutes
Done!

Hi there. I too do not waste my leftover rice, but prepare Fodni Baath, being a Mumbai resident, it's something similar to fried rice. But, you took this recipe to the next level ! I've prepared a similar recipe but never tried including rice. Sure, gonna try it out looks delicious n tempting. 😋
