A very interesting and enjoyable film. I am hoping to walk St Cuthberts Way in July and will return to this documentary to help inform and colour the trip. Thanks again, John
As a member of St. Cuthbert of Lindisfarne Catholic Church, Indianapolis, IN, a community in formation of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter, I am most grateful to you for this wonderful video. Thanks!
Hard to believe and sad too that a feature such as the well of St Cuthbert was lost as late the 1960`s. Hippy vandals! Mrs. BillyCaspersGhost and myself were going to walk the Northumberland Coastal Path next year but maybe could include this as well.
Had this horrible feeling that this was going to be one of those crappy, ideologically driven, feminist "re-interpretations" (Read: Fairy-tales) that are so popular these days. Glad to discover that it wasn't. A bit light on detail but then it is designed to be mass entertainment in a half hour package. Not a text book.
St.Cuthbert was nothing to do with England he was born before England was formed, h is ethnicity could even been Welsh, in the Anglian kingdom of Northumbria,300 years before. Lindisfarne was formed by Irish monks, one thing he was is a European Christian. I stay near Melrose now in Scotland
DR Janina RAMIREZ.....not a believer , I think , more naturalist ...or whatever , sort but her way of explaining an overview of the SAINT was human, crafty monks money making religious on fake relics or real.... but the supernatural life or spiritual life well that is entirely missing in her portrayal...I dislike books or UA-cams , or while I will not say I dislike her , I do say I disagree with her narrow portrayal of the Saint which I get from her , means zero ,just a human history , with money making monks....which if you ask me countered your simple straight forward pilgrimage which I otherwise liked.....one last thing , all those miracles of St Cuthbert's ,at lest most of them if not all, are not unusual, and we have seen it even in our own time by contemporary saints like St. PADRE PIO, who died in Sept. of 1968, was investigated many many times by doctors and scientist, as well as all the miracles he preformed , many of these too were investigated, and keep in mind he lived in the 20 century ,the first priest ,with the stigmata, which he had since 1918 ,visibly , when you make a simple study of him ,one has no problem in believing any miracles of any saints ,including ST. CUTHBERT! Poor ST,Cuthbert...in the 21 century arrogance of woke joke society ,coming from my own country America !. No trolling here intended just tired of the lack of insight by the good Doctor

Would this walk be safe for a woman to do alone?
Hi Fiona. It's difficult to say but we experienced no problems during filming. Thanks for watching.
Love your content but the sound interference in parts is so distracting.

Why would you have on a witch to talk about a saint? Conflict of interest, eh?
