For new guys, there a big difference between a studio and a 1br in terms of liveability. If you are an "out and about " person a studio might work , but if you are neet I suggest a 1br with separate sleeping space. Studios get smaller the longer you live there , not great

Here’s a little advice about your braces. I got braces while living in China because it was so much cheaper than in the US, but out of pride I wanted them off when I returned to the US about a year later. The braces pull the teeth into the right alignment so quickly that I thought enough time had passed to keep them straight. In the US, as you know, the dentist tells YOU how long to keep them on, but in China, you can basically just tell the dentist what to do and they’ll do it. So when I asked her to take them off, she did. Sadly, my teeth moved partially back to their previous position after about a month. Bottom line: take the dentist’s advice as far as how long to keep them on. Yours are so hard to see. If you hadn’t pointed them out, I wouldn’t have even seen them!

Very awesome. I just did my first trip to Bangkok. I had recently visited Chiang Mai. I was originally staying at a hotel that was close to Terminal 21. It was to chaotic there for me so I moved to another hotel. Close by but not exactly in that area. Bit calmer, quieter, cleaner and still had access to the Sukhumvit area. I think that would be a nice area to live in. And yes y’all are so right. Because of the American dollar we can live a life we can’t live in the USA abroad. Definitely need a plan to keep the USD. 1 sq meter is nearly 11 sq ft. So 30 sq meter is nearly 330 sq ft. Which is plenty of room for one person.

Im just in the beginning of the video, and I already need to move to this building! I would use pool, gym, steamroom etc EVERY DAY. Does anyone know do any of there apartment buildings have air purifying system? The pollution worry me I have athma. cheers from Finland. Edit HUNDRED dollars for the gym? OMG so its only for expats and rich locals. For average local that is WAY too much.

My unit I showed does have one in the bedroom. So the owner of the unit either have installed one or if not. You will need to buy one. Which are not as expensive.

I’m comfortable with 700+ sq feet.
323 is like a closer compared to US standards

@@I_Need_Travel-mw3styou'll need to be prepared to pay that money then. A lot of these condos have common areas like co working spaces, libraries, lounges, poolside lounge areas, gym, sauna. You can get a smaller space, be cozy and save money. Get you some good headphones and take advantage of the common areas so you don't feel boxed in your place all the time
