Some years ago travelling north up the Glen Orchy I was over flown by a Sea King rescue helicopter. Round about the bottom of the river Orchy's waterfalls it was parked at the side of the road (on or about 00:50:00)and one of the crew was walking up the road with his helmet. I gave him a lift to the location of other emergency services, some one had been reported falling into the river. There was a communications black spot in the Glen now cured by radio mast installations at each end.
Has anyone seen the cow on a motorbike (TV ad.) they used the road that runs to the north of Kingshouse Hotel, on right after chair lift on left. Track crossing from chairlift to hotel is a General Wade military road.
I drove the Glen Orchy road last year , its not what i expected, much narrower . I think i was expecting a similar drive to the Banavie to Gairlochy road . And i met a coach going along the opposite direction ! Not ideal as i don't think there are any passing places they could fit in .
All those (green) trees after Bridge of Orchy on the side of A82 and beyond, where planted in the 80's.

It's crazy to think that the coach drove that road. I love narrow roads but ...coach...
