i would make a daily kitchen at the back next to th lanai so the inside of the house won't smell from the food I will be cooking. i would the lanai on both sides so there's a back porch on the master and the secondary rooms, i will also extend the front extending from the edge of the house going out more to the front so there's a spacious front porch.

I personally would add an outside kitchen myself that would include several cooking choices (bbq, smokers, stove, etc). I would also extend the lanai to accommodate for more family members/guests so we could enjoy the outdoors. I have two boys so I’d either add a pool or something for them to be entertained with. OMG, this home is gorgeous AND a great value; I'm a bit taken back by the low price, with that much land! Much of my career was selling new construction, I can tell on this video what a nice fit and finish this home has, and attention to detail... kudos to the builder. I am curious, about how much is it to add a pool and cage, just a small pool, enough to jump into and cool off after cutting all that grass😅 Coming from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Anyone moving to Florida needs to ask about any restrictions and covenants, HOA fees and CCD. Know before your buy. Have a good understanding on what qualifies as infringement on fair housing rights.

I really like the home BUT the soaker tub HAS TO GO! lol! My 2nd complaint is why, why, why, did they really put the half bath in the flex room? It seems like it was an afterthought. You're not going to tell your guests to use the bathroom in the flex room are you? 😅 And lastly, yes it's a nice home, but in your opinion, don't you find the price a little high especially since it doesn't come with a pool? @@chowmomof2 hello and thank you for watching the tour, and for your support. I appreciate the time you took to leave your feedback. The tub is a hit or miss with some folks. Some want them, a lot really don’t anymore. I could see something else being put in that space for sure if the tub is removed. The half bath in the flex room was a little interesting to me. In this case I guess you would have to tell guests to use that half bath if the full bath between the two bedrooms is being used 🤷🏻♂️. At the end of the video I do mention that the home has been on the market for quite some time now. Two things come to mind when this occurs. One, it is over priced. Two, there is something wrong with the house. In this case I do believe it is slightly over priced. They may need to consider entertaining offer under the asking price. What is CCD?
@@jeff1924 CDD stands for Community a Development District. To keep it simple, it is a special purpose government entity created to finance and manage infrastructure and services for a community. They are used by large or master planned communities to provide and maintain amenities, roads, parks, landscaping, and recreational areas. It is a fee charged yearly on top of the monthly HOA.

@@brendawheeler6690 yes the kitchen is my favorite feature within the home also. I enjoy cooking. This kitchen would be excellent for making big meals. This one is on city water going in, but septic going out like most homes built on spot lots within the area. I’m guessing you’re not a fan of the septic tanks?
