    What is Multiple Sclerosis ❓
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves. Signs and symptoms of MS vary widely and depend on the amount of nerve damage and which nerves are affected. Some people with severe MS may lose the ability to walk independently or at all, while others may experience long periods of remission without any new symptoms. There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease, and manage symptoms.

Thank you so so much for this amazing channel. You're so strong and have no idea how much your videos help people! You deal with your illness with such a strong attitude.
I'm already diagnosed with crohn's for years which I've now learned to control. But I'm being investigated for MS now. Can I ask if with your MS you get twitches much? For a month now I've had regular twitching in the muscles in my legs and arms and a few twitches in my ribs and neck less regularly.
I also have pins and needles in my hands and feet from time to time and a little weakness.
I've had brain fog, aches and fatigue for years (I'm 24). Would love to know if this sounds normal to you as someone with MS, the twitching particularly?
I hope you get back on track to being healthy again soon. I know all about relapses, fatigue and ups and downs having crohn's already. Seems now I might have two autoimmune conditions. Waiting for a brain scan and neuro.
    Also you look great!

Hey Shane, thanks for your encouragement. Yeah, I get twitches in legs, hips and NECK too. Have you been diagnosed yet? This definitely sounds like it could be MS. Keep me posted!

@@LifeofSebMS thanks for the reply Seb! Your channel really is great. I am still on limbo. Waiting for a spinal tap, but that could be some time due to the pandemic. It's either MS or another autoimmune issue. I already have crohns, so looks like I have two conditions. I'm on a few anti seisure and nerve calming drugs and they are helping in the mean time.
I hope you are keeping well and staying safe!

I think this is a lesson for all people. Listen to your body, it does speak to you. Back on 2005 I was having migraine head aches and thought it was work related stress. After some time I lost complete hearing in my left ear. I made an appointment, met with specialists, had an MRI done, a BRAIN TUMOR detected growing in my head for about 5 years. Whew I had two years left to live if it wasn't caught in time. The hearing loss saved my life as it now forced me to go see my dr. Listen listen listen to your body, it signals to you when its not well or something is off.......

I am just like you. I don’t ever really think about my MS when I am over doing it unless I get to the point when exhaustion makes me stop. lol For instance every Halloween I put up a HUGE display in front of my house. If I could post pics you would not believe that I could do it, and I do it with a broken back and Sciatica on top of it.We average a little over 300 Trick or Treaters every year. I used to work for a major Dept store in the Visual/Display Dept. so my Halloween display in the front yard takes a cpl weeks and I work my non existent ass off. I usually have more pain from my back issues so that is what people see. Then I start feeling the MS symptoms the day after, the fatigue, spasms it’s like having the flu but without the stomach problems. But then my husband insists that we take it all down the next day and I am barely able to move. I think I do it because it’s something from my old life, something that MS hasn’t taken from me, it’s something that I can barely do but I am a Halloween nutbag and can’t stop myself. Watching the kids faces, some afraid and some who are in awe I am blessed with friends and family that help out as much as they can. Oh I also make a special Chili Halloween night friends, show up just for a bowl or two. This yr a boy about 12 came up for candy and asked who did the display I said I did and with that he walked over shook my hand and took a handful of candy out of his candy bag and gave it to me. It gives my ego a huge boost. Lol I’m also working my way up to being a Sister with the Palm Springs Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. I dress in my Postulant drag at least twice a month when we run Bingo at a local bar. There I am on my feet for around 4 hours. Thank God for Marijuana. I take as few pain meds as possible and use marijuana to calm me down and breathe. Breathing or using controlled breathing is something I’ve started trying this year, along with positive affirmations. I wasn’t a believer but it actually works. The makeup alone can take between 3&4 hours. But again I love it when people I make people happy, it’s addicting lol. I’m often accused of not really suffering from chronic pain because of all I do, my response is that while my sin reaches way over the s ale of 1-10 I’m doing something I love, like shopping lol. But I can also spend a week on the sofa sleeping and trying not to fall when I get up. In other words I think that I work through it all when It’s something I love. My MS can kiss my butt, my mind still functions and my artistic and creative selfs are still there. It can drive you crazy if you are not doing something creative. I spend way to much time lying around because of all of my issues so when I can I go nuts.

Robert Ure This is what I used to heal.
Doctors and medical science had no answers so I just went with it. I focused on getting the heavy metals out of my body and fully changing my diet. I also ate tons of antiviral foods and herbs. If you ever want to ask questions go for it! Wild Blueberries from the freezer section at any grocery store are one of the best foods for MS. They restored my memory when I was having major issues. Try them out 🤘You can read the article I’m sending you or if you choose, an audio clip is provided at the top of the page if you just want to sit, relax, and listen. www.medicalmedium.com/blog/healing-multiple-sclerosis
“When the first true MS diagnoses were delivered, suggested treatment options were limited and even inappropriate and led many people to suffer unnecessarily. It is important that you know what is actually happening inside the body when a MS label is given and how you can work to heal the true root cause.
The truth, which is unknown to medical science and research, is that almost every neurological symptom stems from one group of viruses- the herpes family.
Although a variety of the Epstein-Barr virus is often responsible for MS, other cofactors usually play a role also. The presence of toxic heavy metals such as mercury, copper, aluminum, lead, nickel, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, alloys, and steels, or dangerous chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides, or DDT can help fuel and support the many strains of Epstein-Barr and other herpetic viruses that are triggering off neurological symptoms. Medical science and research aren’t yet aware that there are over 60 strains of Epstein-Barr viruses alone.
Removing foods from your diet that feed viruses like Epstein-Barr can be a critical piece of fully healing from MS. Some of the most important foods to avoid include eggs, dairy products, and corn.”
