It has 10% CD. Both physical and magic defense. 20 movement speed. It also gives true DMG after skill is used and you basic attack someone , the true DMG is based on ur own physical and magic def, when that true DMG hits an enemy it slows them down by 99%, the true DMG also has AOE effect which can slow down multiple enemies by the way, each time that true DMG hits an enemy your own hero gains a Stack of thunderbelt which in turn gives you 1 hybrid def, so more stacks makes you more tankier, and although the hybrid def you gain is halved for mm and mage heroes, Roger has two roles fighter/mm on his hero card, which means it prioritizes the fighter portion so he gets the full 1 hybrid def(many dual roles heroes can proc many stacks of other items like yi shun shin with war axe).

this is necessary, his early game as gold laner is strong against certain popular mm, the fact he got free 40 hybrid def at lvl1 at wolf form is crazy against non true dmg mm
