This game had such a level design and difficult gameplay for us children at our time. The graphics and such were literal beauty for our eyes. We'd take turns playing this in our after school daycare. Legendary game
Great run! The pot mini-game and the last level before the (first) final boss with the rotating platforms were so frustrating :D The very final boss was annoying too. I thought you're supposed to hit the gong to move the boss upwards (which it did) and sort of "eject" the boss this way. After 10-15 minutes the boss just vanished from view. Only after reading the guide I knew that all the gongs must be played at once... Still a good game all things considered!
Funny how graphics and lore are addressed to children but you need the reflexes and skill of a seasoned adult gamer to even get mid through the game...
It was released in America but It got very famous in Europe, wich is why it is mostly reviewed and played by us Europeans on the net. Here on this side of the Atlantic, this's known as a classic of it's genre. even if it became kind of forgotten. I had it on Psone back in the day, and its sequel. It could honeslty have a PS remaster today, it would be a frank succes I think
lmao hardcore gamers have zero social skills... the commentator friend says something about Yoshi, and then the gamer is like "nah you're wrong" hahahah
This game was completely magical to me as a kid.

@@Jay-dm4ef ESA means European Speedrun Assembly, which is the AGDQ version of Europe, held in Sweden :)
Had me on the edge of my seat at the end. Puppet is a beast.
