He knew boxing is one of the best martial arts for when you have to defend yourself in a fight. I did kenpo and later boxing and I can see how much better Villari's method is. Of course you'll never be invincible but integrating boxing with kempo is a mean combination.

This guy gets a lot of crap from a lot of people but there is literally nothing here he is saying that isn't true. he's also the same size as he was in the videos from the 1970s, so he's kept active and still works out as far when this was filmed.
Not actually bad, theres no reason for all the hate he gets
