Welcoming you to floss tube. Enjoyed your kits. I love Gekco Rouge. This is a hobby enjoy it for you. Don’t stress yourself out. This is fun. Beautiful work
Great first flosstube! I found you from Cottage Rogue stitcher. I do both regular and full coverage, love your projects! I’m now onto watching your 2 nd one!
Welcome to flosstube, Anna! It's wonderful to meet you and you have a wonderful abundance of starts! Witcher is my favourite because I agree with you, Henry Cavill is indeed the most handsome man alive. 😍
I loved this video! It was so interesting to hear your history with cross stitch and thought the comment about tent stitching is very valid! I personally love tent stitching because I'll do anything to get these huge projects actually finished 😅😅 PS, your channell name is so fitting 😊
Love your projects. I have yet to try a full coverage piece but it is definitely on my list for the future. Eton Mess ? from Contemporary XStitch is so gorgeous! Look forward to seeing your progress on all of your projects.
Hi, I’m a huge GeckoRouge kit buyer! I’ve finished only two so far but I own so many of their kits. I don’t own dream or Air by Koresh but I will soon now that I’ve seen yours. So needless to say I’m so happy to see you stitching so many of Glenn’s kits. I also loved all your other WIPs except for the dark scary art kits. I just don’t stitch those. I hope you’re able to do videos even if they’re every two or 3 weeks. Welcome to Flosstube!
I love your thoughts on tent stitch! That is exactly how I feel about it. I've tried and tried to enjoy it, for times sake, and I just can't do it. I also stitch aka collect Gecko Rouge. Love their kits. I plead the fifth on how many I have. Can't wait for your next video.
Welcome to flosstube! Thank you for mentioning Contemporary Cross since I have never heard of them prior to this. I love your full coverage projects. I like the fact that they are a few years old since you don’t really see them for sale anymore. It was really nice to see patterns that are considered “new” to me.
Thank you, Yoshi! I've been following your channel for a while now and I love all of your WIPs. Glad you learned about Contemporary Cross from me 🙂 I have a few more charts from them that I've purchased, but haven't started yet
@@AlchemistStitcher thank you for introducing them to me. I found 4 projects that I love on their site. I'll be adding that to my ever continuing list of things to buy.
welcome to flosstube ! fabulous first video, love Dream its gorgeous 😍 I have a fair few GeckoRouge kits too hehe 😂 look forward to seeing more videos ! xx
Loved your video! I'm mostly a full coverage stitcher as well and so love discovering new flosstubers that stitch similarly to me! I keep being tempted by 'Sweet Summertime' each time I see it. Haven't been enabled yet, but will love to watch your progress on that one!
I too now have alot of unconvetional x stitch charts - currently stitching Hugin and munin - other projects i have on the go is one thread geeks - curious crow others... moon deer from owl forest embroidery and their sal an heaps of others.
Welcome to flosstube 😊. You have some really great projects! Love your Witcher hehe, 😉 he's some nice to look at that Henry 😄. Look forward to seeing your progress 😊
Welcome to flosstube!! 🎉 I love your projects omg so many i would love to start!! We are WIP twins, i am stitching sweet Summertime too! I will look forward to your updates ❤ You did a Great Job! 😊
Hi Anna! Great first video - I hope you get the time to do more in the future. Hit the Subscribe button as soon as you said you were working on Geckos - I was stitching their Bramley Hedgehog (David Finney) while I was watching you. I have one GR completed (Fir Falling Snow) and two more in my stash and two more on my wish-list that will probably find themselves in my basket early next year 😊
Thanks for subscribing! I'll make more videos of my progress for sure. Glad to see so many Gecko fans in the comments 🙂 I've considered getting Fir Falling Snow many times, but I keep thinking it might be too small on 25 count? I don't think I'll do well with higher count.
@@AlchemistStitcher I actually did it on 28 count (I wanted the bird to be roughly life-sized) and it worked really well. I think it’s because it is such a delicate, detailed design. 25-count would be great - and the bonus is lower framing costs
Welcome to Flosstube and #under1000subsclub ❤ Totally get where you're coming from with the "tent stitch is cheating" thing but as someone who is now more than halfway through her life, the ticking clock is loud and I need to get through my full coverages a bit quicker. So I had to push my "it's cheating!" thoughts to one side and get on with it. Heheheheh Fab pieces you're working on....
why why why did I have to watch this?! I never knew ThreadGeeks existed before watching you and now... now I want most if not all of their charts... and I need someone to blame (cos obv I am not taking responsibility for my purchasing habits) :D Loved the video and your WIPs. Thank you for sharing!

Very nice WIP parade. We have similar styles of stitching. I tried tent on one of my HAEDs and it just was not for me. I also wish Patternkeeper was around when I started my full coverage pieces. I stitch on 18 count due to my eye sight. I have a few Witchykitt Designs and Artecy charts, the rest are HAED. I wish I had known about Gecko Rouge sooner! Currently my favorite project is Russian Windows from Owl Forest Embroidery.
I love your projects! ❤ I've finished 2 Gecko Rouge kits 'Giving them a place to fly free' and 'Ying Yang Dragons' both of them were mostly stitched in tent stitch. 😂 I'm also currently working on 'Dracarys'. I can't wait to follow along with your progress! Happy stitching 😊

I loved hearing about your life and how it's affected your approach to stitching! I didnt know floss tube was a thing this is so soothing and nice and fun ❤ what is the circle magnet thats on each piece? I know the straps are to hold the fabric. Im off to google what tent stitch is!
