Let me correct We don't buy the key, but read a book at library about lock picking. Back to the building to open the door. Also we don't need to open vision to see the music box. After u get the music box, u need to trigger arnoia's memory at outdoor cafe by sitting in a chair near waiter until he give u a drink. (It must be sunny day, time a bit different each player) Then u meet arnoia in front of building under heliport. Then just follow eva instructions.
