I've been using Notion since March/April after I saw one of your videos and I've been slowly building up everything I need. I'm a uni student so I don't have any team work or job to organise and I don't take notes on my pc but it's been great to have to do lists, time tables, budgeting, calendar and so much more all in one place. It's been a life saver in organising my thesis work load and keeping track of all the resources I was using.
I legitimately talked to my therapist about you for like 10 mins Rowena haha because I was saying how disheartening the productivity trend can get but that you make me feel like being normal & what works for you personally is okay and best for your health! 💕 so, you’re therapist endorsed now 😅

I'm a grad student at uni but UA-cam channels like Rowena's are the ones that are teaching me how to actually go through my masters😭😂😂😂 and all of that for free, too? Hands down best learning app😎👌🏾
I recently found two apps that are pretty much my go to for productivity and planning. They are called Fleur and Floret. The Floret app is like Google Calendar except with habit tracking, mood tracking, gratitude and check-ins built in. So where I was using like 5 different apps to do all these things I'm now using only one. And the Fleur app is for tracking expenses. They're both newly released apps and are so aesthetic as well (which is something I look for because I can't have the thing that I'm using to stay organized look chaotic and messy). This isn't some weird spam promo thing, I genuinely just love these apps and wanted to share.
Just wanted to come back to this video and say thank you for telling me about sunsama! I gave it a shot after watching this video and it genuinely is life changing. Working from home has been a nightmare for me, and the estimated time vs. actual time and focus mode have made such a difference in my ability to manage my tasks. Thanks again!

i use notion and have like a million templates combined together, but I don't use it that much anymore - I'm still going to use it but I'm going to try using sunsama as well as superhuman during my 4 years at college! (or technically at the start of 2022 aka in 3 days) edit: I just realized I have way too many subscriptions but at this point its ok bc I have a job- I spend money on games too but I'm still gunna try bc it looks so cool

Thanks for showing off Sunsama! Because I watched this video, I ended up trying it myself and it removed so much stress and overwhelm from my life form trying to remember what the heck I needed to get done everyday. It has genuinely made me much more calm and relaxed; which in turn has made me able to focus and happily finish projects that i've been trudging through before.
I have tried a few of these and honestly wouldn't suggest a lot of them for anyone who isn't super busy. Also, I have tried notion several times and I find it so rigid and finicky, maybe I just haven't found a good template and creating one for myself is just too much work haha!

Have you given up your Bullet Journal for these apps? If not, how have you integrated them and how, with a busy life, do you not spend hours on productivity tools? I have used a ton of systems and see deep value in analog and digital systems. I just can't seem to find an approach that works. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Another good app is Structured it has iPhone, iPad, Mac & Apple Watch apps it’s really good it has reminders & calendar integration it also includes sub tasks it only cost £8.99 well worth the money. Wish I discovered it sooner it’s a hidden gem.
