The neighborhoods in Davenport which is in Polk county are riddled with homes doing short term rentals and Airbnb’s. Two reasons why resale values are very poor in the area, and homes are very difficult to get rid off.
Although I was looking for a home in the area, the fact that he doesn't say the price makes this a non starter for me simply out of principal..add to that the poor resale value of homes in the area and the high number of rentals and Air B&B's in the area. Think I will end up in Celebration or Kissimmee

most likely it is, your 1 year too late. Look up on zillow or any other platform where people sell homes. Also make sure to look up how to buy a home.
