I didn't take the chance to join the British Armed Forces.
After leaving the care of children's homes , I travelled away from Merseyside to live & work down in the south of England.
I've worked in the hotel & catering industry, before I joined a private hospital were I became fully trained in Field- Paraplegic Nursing.
Being allocated to nine soldiers injured during conflict, I quickly had my eyes opened to the destruction inwhich remains to have an effect on military and civilian lives .. _and still does today in 2023.
Being a christian ✝️ I still find the strength in Hope Faith & Glory.
A Salute To Our Servicemen & women. 🫡💗 sent from🏴.
Lest We Forget.
Play dumb 🙄
While i settled into a settled foster home at 9 years old i began to find myself again.
I joined the Anne Walker School of Dance. Being a natural gymnast , balance and height were my fortress if you like. As a theatre performer in modern stage / ballet dancer, ...forty or so years later the inner power- haus within me is what gave me the courage to fight and beat cancer.
