Remember all hero can copy if it has anything to do with a legend in the world... it's not a copy but it is indeed a Collab hero with a legend so it's not wrong if the skills are more or less the same...
Really well rounded mage to be honest, built in enchanted talisman, low cooldown poke skill, slow effect, defene reduction, Strong DPS, global vision ult. What else is there to ask for? Edit: Can't forget the high spellvamp ratio

I think Moonton should nerf her 1st skill CD to 6 seconds at all level (it's kinda overpowered for a 4 seconds yknow), a little bit nerf on the AOE range of her ulitimate and transfer the stun effect of her ultimate to her 2nd skill (make .75 second per summon of the Phoenix in an area), and change the design the Phoenix of the 2nd skill to pure gold aura. Edit: oh see. The set CD for 1st skill is 7 seconds, then reduce point something second per level. It should be 7 seconds at all level.

I think we can only get her in some special ways like Wu Zetian in HOK. As her skills have some functions (her ultimate and fast recharge functions, ...) that are very similar to Wu Zetian in HOK. So her skills will be worth for its price.

She might not be released globally though, and there's no confirmation on that update. As for bushes, u dont have to worry, basically chinese server is another test/adv server

Some heros from other games aren't original either Some heros from LoL and HoK are straight from Ancient China So It's not a problem for Moonton to use traditional characters
