@@IELTSJacky In fact I have watched lots of video and attended classes on reading but none seems to help me like this your video on matching sentence to endings Kindly send me videos on each of the various topics in the reading test..... matching headings, matching features, matching information, table completion, sentence and summary completion, multiple choice, true-false- not giving and the rest. I just want to follow only you in my preparation. I want to write in April 2020 but my scores are very bad Kindly help me

In reply to your question about Matching Headings and Matching Information questions, you are correct, they are very similar and easy to get confused between. In Matching Headings questions, you have to match the topic or main idea of the paragraph to a particular heading. You do not need to know the detail for this type of question. You should focus on the first one or two sentences and the last sentence as these will usually introduce and summarise this main idea. In Matching Information questions, you will be looking for specific information. Matching information questions are a real test of your paraphrasing skills as the information will be expressed in different ways in the statements and in the text. Many synonyms will be used and sentence structures often altered. I hope this is helpful. Jacky
