If you want sensitivity that'll make you instantly better at quick scopes and centering all you need to do is
Have higher sniper sens then standard sens
Even as small as 5higher or 10 higher then standard will make you do better

It's not in the middle of the screen it's the fixed virtual joystick position in basic setting it makes the joystick fixed in one place while you can use your whole left side to activate it
