Jade, a beam specialist?! I get more and more impressed with her every time she competes. Her growth is amazing. This is what happens when you pace your elite career so that you can thrive in your 20’s. AA world medalist me thinks!
Sviggy, laura same here same here im sooo happy for her And usa girls. This past months so much people (other countries fans) put down these girls on social media saying about their artistry, or any errors etc. Now they're shining. Sry about my bad english

I would love to see Jade in the AA at worlds. It's certainly not out of the realm of possibility. This girl is incredible, I really don't understand her haters.
I think she needs that gienger on bars to get one of the all-around spots because without it she has the weakest bar routine of the 7 contenders. But this beam score is higher than Jordan, Leanne, and Shilese’s top scores this year. If Skye and Kayla don’t make the team then Jade is the #1 VT and FX and the #2 BB on the team. If it comes down to her or Jordan for who sits on bars I really hope Jade gets the chance
Me and you both. It's definitely not out of the realm of possibility. At the Olympics it was that fall on the beam that cost her an AA medal, don't you think? I think if she hits all events with a kick-ass floor and vault, she can definitely place in the all-around
@@duranca no she could have been 5th at best without the fall. Urazova in 4th hit 57 which Jade couldn’t do with the bars and floor routines she delivered in AA even if she didn’t fall on beam

The haters are just people who are jealous of what she has accomplished. They feel small and inferior- and so have to be harshly judgmental to try and feel better about themselves. You find that all the time with amazing athletes like this unfortunately.
There is something the team USA can learn from this competition. Jade's rhythm was rewarded well under this code. Her artistry is up to the standard for international judges. Right now the team USA needs to optimize Jade's routine, such as taking out the turn, because her mount can fulfill the turn / roll requirement.

Who I want to do the AA at worlds keeps changing. After classics it was Konnor Shilese and Leanne, after nationals it was Konnor Shilese and Jordan, after yesterday it was Konnor Leanne and Jade, and now I think Konnor Shilese and Jade. Great job Jade that’s a career best on beam I think

@@mustawgym I think the selection camp was Leanne's chance to show that she really has it together on beam and floor. But her floor didn't go well, and her beam was only good day 2 and even then was really outperformed by Blakely (despite Blakely getting overscored). The fact is that the beam and floor scores just aren't there for Leanne this year. With everyone at their best I think she would do AA but as it stands right now I think it's going to be Jones Chiles and Carey. Especially because Carey could totally upgrade floor from what she showed at trials as the Silivas is easy enough for her to put in NCAA. Replace the double layout with that and she will be back on top on floor.
Why are the routines so simple these days. You go back and watch the the routines from the 90’s and they were so much more difficult. Watch Shannon Miller or Shawn Johnson or Carly Patterson ( 04 and 08)Those routines were packed. Even floor . I know these kids are fantastic,I am just curious is it because of the scoring system?

I don't understand how Marine gob gold for that beam. Jade was much better, showed 180° on every split and had more acrobatic combinations. Unfair, for sure!

Great moves but doesn’t flow at all. It is like looking at skill then another skill then another etc etc. if she had more artistic and smooth transitions she could be the best ever.

She goes to my school so I’ve seen this routine in person (I think it’s mostly the same maybe some changes) and she’s so awesome

I think they were shouting “Allez!” - French for “Go!” They seemed to do this for all the gymnasts. I agree with you -a great crowd!

im actually surprised she hasn't been trainig a full twist or arabian on beam. would def increase her d score!!
She certainly has the power for it.
There are videos of her training a standing full and sticking them but she never competed it.

Too many leaps for someone who can't hit the split positions. No rhythm in the routine either. E score was very generous.
