I've made a similar recipe in Kiribati but in a pressure cooker and yellow curry powder instead of oyster sauce. Also without the green papaya, wished I'd thought of that, it sounds like a delicious crunchy extra.

i just started a video of me diving here in hawaii, i only catch those black kahala the yellow tail "bulak" our islanders fav fish to eat and nenues the silver fish "bejrok" i try to limits my catches here when i go diving, check it out and i hope u like it, remember im still a rookie, rajah
