it's interesting, the band mates get uncomfortable about how some fans are so intense about their music's influence on their lives BUT most musicians are SO moved and influenced by the music they grew up on that it is a major influence in their music! None musicians get such a bad rap for how much we LOVE the way music makes us feel, and those who make it, because we're just normal Joe's using the music to help us get through!!!

Several of them still live in Seattle and consider it their home, including Eddie. When they tour they have to think about their fans all over the world though.

Pearl Jam have never broken up and are still going strong. Changed drummer a few times, but they've never split.
