The beach is my happy place, I’ve been wanting to go for a few years now. Def need to find time to do it
I took a little bit of a break over the weekend. I didn't do any schoolwork. I barely spoke to my roommates. Instead I watched a lot of videos about psychic mediums. I told my roommates that I have to block out anything not school related. That has been better. I do need to clear my energiies, and do meditation. I am terrible about being overstimulated and forgetting to do the basic things for myself. Thank you Daniela.

I just wanna heal , I cant make myself cry, its like im completely froze. And I blame myself for what happened… for letting it happen… I know I need to just accept what happened and transmute the pain but my mind and my inner child screams. Its like its so habitual for me throughout my life to think that others approval = my worth. And when what I expected to happen with someone breaks its like I break too. Because as u said I feel fully, I cant love you without not loving you through my WHOLE being. And I always just realize how strong it is after it gets broken down. And it always gets broken down. Which triggered my abandonment wounds and probably are the reason im manifesting situations that doesnt work or are not in alignment to my soul. Big part of this is because of my unshaky life situation right now leading to a ripple effect of fear that makes me act in a way of lack of trust. Im really struggling to navigate this. I know I must not fear because universe always got me, but thats easier in theory than in practice because it requieres me to really say and do some things ive NEVER Done before. Leave and move away from my home and parents which has always made me believe I need to do what they want out of me. Im just so tired.

Yup on point! I’m working full time and going to school as well. I’m almost putting in full time hours with school. I’m exhausted and just want to sleep all the time. I only have two more months of school left. I feel done with everything. No emotions to anything. I was burned really badly by someone I truly loved. I try to find time for myself but it’s hard. Holy shit girl that was a wake up call…. I felt you were speaking directly to me…and you are 100% correct….
Some of us are on different time lines. This resonates...however this describes me fully about 4 to 6 weeks ago. For about 2 months I felt "tired" all the time...even when I got enough rest. I do meditations every night now. I do ✍️ in an "intention" and "gratitude" journal often. I cut off many "so called friends" and focus only on handful of "die-hard" friends now. I have also returned to an old group I used to be a part of AND although most women are new...the commaderie has given my ❤️ "shock" I needed to bring me back. It really SUCKS when you connect dots not only from your TF's karmic and her black magic coven AS WELL AS your SM's karmic evil cult witches are working together against you. Trying to SEE the way out can be DAUNTING. Self care was the beginning for sure. The things is, those self care tips CAN VARY GREATLY from one DF to another. Hobbies are important, but so is a high EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT. I live in a big city and the lakes and beaches are littered with WEIRD people. My plumbing is clogged now, so washing up is ESSENTIAL. My self care with water? Foot soaks. I can soak my feet with Epsom salts and essential oils like a small bath. I massage my feet. Do a simple pedicure and polish my toenails. Where I live...some days feel like summer, so I'm getting my tootsies ready for sandal 👡 walking weather. 😊Hope this helps another DF out there. 🙏🏼 💪🏼🫶🏼❤️🔥🧖🏼♀️💆🏼♀️🏊🏼♀️🚣🏼♀️🤽🏼♀️💇🏼♀️🛀🏼🫂
I am in it for almost 3 years now. The most hurtfull for me is that I still don't know the truth.. and I stopped talking because everybody thought I was crazy. I healed myself by being on my own and I found someone who helps me heal my trauma's for the part I could not do by myself. Yes, he broke my trust, broke my heart and broke my spirit. 💔Up until I knew his true colors, I always saw the good in people. But I saw a ‘very dark side’ of him that made me question everything I believed in. He almost mentally, emotionally, financially and physically destroyed me. He was wearing a mask and he was betraying me during the whole time I loved him. He was very convincing and cunning. I caught him and confronted him. He didn’t apologize. So, I told him I forgave him and I walked away. I cut off the connection and withdrew my energy.
I was traumatized and felt numb and drained for a long time. I no longer deal with low-vibrational people. I isolated myself. I did a lot of soul searching and I worked on myself. Now I’m almost healed. I put my own needs first. I take care of myself. I don’t carry his or other people’s burden anymore. I love myself in a healthy way and do things that I like for myself.
But it’s hard for me to open up and trust people now.

It’s unbelievable how we can see in others endless possibilities, we’re there for them and feel their journey is important. Pushing our needs away, everyday then waking up and not even knowing what our own needs are anymore.
My counterpart has a habit of telling me a story and then a while later tells me what really happened. Currently i'm in a burn out. Defenitly need a vacay to a warm sunny place with a beach but living from pay check to paycheck. I'm feeling stuck and am not my old self.
