Just had one of these fitted based on this video and was disappointed to find the door is full of gaps at the top and bottom of the corrugated sheets - so creepy crawlies and sideways rain can get in, even if you have a good seal around the outer edge of the door. So many holes it's more of a gate than a door. During the day you can see sunlight flooding thru the gaps. And at night you can see the garage light flooding through the gaps. Looks silly and is a spiders paradise. My fault for buying the door without seeing it in person. Gonna go at it with the caulking gun tomorrow...
