Your naivety to the obvious hidden grow room was adorable. Nice tour.

The bedrooms are nicely sized and the closets are amazing.

The built in cabinets housing the telly could have done with another revision. No tv in any world would be big enough to fill that void, and the shelves above could have done with more height.

Very nice although the primary bath should have two vanity sinks and the walk thru closet is a bit impractical.

What's with the need for 'plenty of candles' in the fireplaces?
    What's wrong with actual fire/gas/electric?
    I don't understand. 😯

      I think it's a feature fireplace - non-working - so candles for ambiance.

You say : "I am currently stood". It is actually currently STANDING.
Both the English and the Americans use 'stood' as the past tense and as the past participle, in the standard languages. 'standing' is the present participle of 'stand.

Well, they also say I am currently sat. You'd be bothered by British syntax daily if you lived in the UK. Best just to say to yourself, Vive le difference!

My favourite apartment by far but i'm not shocked that they're still trying to sell it, the price tag is just unrealistic. Knightsbridge is loud and full of tourists with a high crime rate and no outdoors space at all for 8 million is a little delusional

I don’t get that floor plan, sorry. If I purchased it I would redo the three doors into the kitchen. One big door is enough. I also would place walls on that central corridor between the bedrooms, and place the hall along one side of the building so you have bedrooms one and two closed off and attached directly to the bathrooms. Currently you have to go into the open hall the reach the bathrooms, not convenient. I also personally hate pocket doors. This layout needs work, sorry.

This one does not wow me like the previous one, but I can’t quite say why 🤔

Too many different types of wood, overkill. Wood everywhere and living room bookcases far too big and overwhelming in the space. Wood in every room and odd shaped rooms. All the wood does not seem to match the character of the building. Also not a fan of the brass taps and shower head in the bathroom and brass towel heater. All the wood everywhere would be claustrophobic to me. Love modern design in flats, but do it where you keep the character of the building.

@@darlenechandler2403 Yes, you are right - it’s the wood!! Those bookcases were too much, also look dated. Thanks!

Who wants to live in a beige Cupboard and Shelves showroom?
Is it designed for people who have millions of items to store... or maybe it's a storage area for a large department store....?
I'm surprised you can move in there !

Beautiful apartment BUT do not understand considering the amount of detail and time consuming to renovate this apartment with stunning fireplaces WHY is there not coal like electric firers built into these spaces …. To be left empty and blank I find quite strange … love your personal style, class 👍

    • @CasperLCat
      @CasperLCat 10 місяців тому +1

Yes ! A fireplace is a tremendously desirable amenity in a city apartment/flat, as well as the emotional center of ANY room. To NOT provide SOME kind of “fire”- whether real, electric, or gas (depending on local regulations), is a HUGE oversight.
To just leave a hole there, creates an emotional hole, as well. Makes you wonder if the interior was designed by an actual human being !
