    This, what you show us in the first minute is a kind of oriental dance folklore called khaliji, kawlija, iraqi. At this time it is very popular and you have to be well trained to dance this style. It is not easy and please don´t do this without get trained by a good teatcher, you can hurt your selfe, I've even heard of whiplash injuries

    My Mum has got natural platinum hair. (Never had a dye before) I told her hairdresser that they were burning Mums hair and they didn't believe me at 1st. So a warning for ladies with natural platinum, don't use straighteners on your hair or keep the temp really low. Another great video HB xx

    The girl with the split dye is such a good example of why some people struggle to grow out their hair. They damage it with chemicals or heat styling, so it breaks off. But if you tell them, they often don't believe it and insist that it doesn't grow from the roots...🙄

    I used to be able to do the first one! It was called 'headbanging' & you did it on the dance floor to rock & heavy metal music, sometimes for 5, 10, 15 mins or more. The girls were usually better as they tended to have long hair & looked more graceful. We'd practice in the mirror to get the movement just right. I had to give it up in the end - too many headaches afterwards 😅

      Yes, I too recall as a sixteen year old doing that in the early nineteen seventies to various Led Zeppelin tracks at various rock clubs.
      My chiropractor would never believe it as he attempts to.manipulate my now elderly C3, C4 and C5 cervical column.
      This head-chucking definitely ain't recommended...
      🙄😱

      I'm not sure if you're just joking, but the first one is actually a very specific type of folk dancing.
      This is not "head banging," which is just people randomly thrashing themselves around to metal music.
      She is highly trained, and this looks to be a special competition or performance. Again, apologies if you're joking, but head banging is something else ENTIRELY. The dancing in the video is a type of art.

    Hold on...the girl who damaged her hair (6:00) said, "Even though I haven't dyed it that many times, this has happened". Within a few months she dyed it 3 times with box dye, and she thinks that's not dying her hair a lot?! Then she bleached it twice back-to-back with 30 volume, and who knows how long she left it in, and she thought her hair wouldn't be damaged?! Even back when I was a teen in the early 00's, before all the social media, we knew box dye was damaging to do frequently. Now with tons of videos of people making the same mistakes and having hair fails, and so much info available online, it surprises me that so many people destroy their hair. The only way to color your hair without damaging it is direct deposit dyes, but you'll damage your hair when you get sick of it and try to strip the color out (since most don't fade completely), plus if you have to lighten it for the color to show.

    • @PrimateProductions
      @PrimateProductions 9 місяців тому

      What is an example of a direct deposit dye?

    • @TheMoonLily
      @TheMoonLily 9 місяців тому

      @@PrimateProductionsone that comes to mind is the GoodDyeYoung DYEposits, they are basically color maintenance conditioners that deposit color into your hair but of course the lighter your hair is the more color pay off you’ll get.
      Ex: if you have blonde hair and use a red DYEposit it’ll be a really bright color red, light brown will give you a darker red still noticeable but not as bright , and dark brown will give you the darkest red.
      Also dye deposits don’t last very long which is why they are mainly used to maintain color vibrancy in already dyed hair, they last about 8-14 washes depending on your hair maintenance.
      They are my go to when I decide to dye my hair vibrant colors, I am currently using red and copper for maintenance.
      Hope this explanation helps you out! 😁

    I will never understand how people get shocked by cutting their hair too short, when the scissors are positioned over the hair high up closer to the scalp. Somehow there is a disconnect in thinking and results. If the hair is curly I could understand or someone very very young.

He came back home with fried gray-blond hair that sticks out like a porcupine 😂 doesn't help that he's all red too because he doesn't like sunscreen 🤦‍♀️ I knew the dark hair gets sun bleached but didn't know gray turns blond 🤣

And yes its natural white/gray, he's in his 70s, had them since 50ish I think 🤔 (I was 10, so don't judge my memory skills 😁). His hair is also thin and fine, so maybe thats why it got fried easier.

    One time I was on a business trip and wanted to trim my bangs. I have good scissors and had them in my makeup bag. I went to trim them like I normally did but for some reason I stopped and realized that if I cut them how I was planning they would have been micro bangs. I put the scissors down and called my stylist. I never attempted to cut them myself again.
