How did you go about finding a good manufacturer for making your plushies?? I have been trying to start my own small business by researching manufactures for all my needs, but every time i look for a plush manufacturer I can never find one that us good and trusted for that kawaii plush look. You are so inspiring!! Thank you for sharing your process!

What a clever idea to utilize stickers to make the tags. Often tags are wasteful and get thrown out, now people can slap these wherever. I’ve been watching your channel and shop grow so much!! It’s incredible how far you’ve come. I hope to be where you are one day!

You could save $$ by not sending a collateral card insert and put anything you want additionally on the shipping label.
Example - QR code of how to clean - directing them to your site and where they may leave a review.
Cards are usually never read/thrown away. We put so much time into writing them, when they are just discarded… I know I do when sent in a package.

I think using snippers instead of scissors would help you a lot during quality checking, like for removing excess threads and fluff.

super cute plushies! but FYI, it is best not to leave any gaps when you seal the package! Even if the item small and you want to fold the bag over to seal it like you did in 19:52 because people can actually reach in and steal the items without the package looking like it's been tampered.
