Hi Soni, Your videos are good and easy to understand. Are you publishing any tableau server-related videos on the Tableau 2020 version?
Hi Madhu!! Sorry, I don’t have any videos on Tableau server.
Hi Aanchal, This is a very nice & informative video. I am trying to get YTD and MTD for multiple years - meaning I want to show YTD and MTD for 2020 and also for previous years. How would I do that?
Customize your calculation according to the start date and end date
Wonderful, what is the calc for all values.(YTD, QTD, MTD, ALL VALUES). I have a business requirement for that. All values meaning "SUM(Sales) from the start date to end date" should be shown when all values button is clicked
Please refer this video for using start date, end date- ua-cam.com/video/ev0K_MFPu7A/v-deo.html
Hi Aanchal.
I am new to Tableau...video is very informative. In your calculation, you did not take the sales/profit measure ..then how it showing the sales value only why not profit.. ..pls explain
Hi Debolina! I’m glad you liked the video.
At 8:00 minutes in the video Profit has been used over Text. I hope this clears your confusion. In case you have a doubt further, write it to me.
Anchal can you please download the workbook which is created by Andy kribels... Book of dashboards.... In that lots of Real time scenarios and problems solved with LODs
P2dj patil Hi!!! I do not have special access to any of the workbooks.
It's on tableau public profile
Nice explained mam, please do one more video on Last year YTD and how to calculate growth in between YTD and Last YTD.. Thanks Mam.
Or please late me know the Last YTD formula if it is possible
Hi Vijay! Here you go for last year YTD formula:
[Order Date] = DATETRUNC('year', DATEADD('day', -1, DATETRUNC('year', {MAX([Order Date])})))
@@aanchalsoni3597 Thank you Mam
It seems a very nice video but Please, add captions 😞
Hi Youness!! I’m trying to add subtitles, however the auto subtitles doesn’t seem to be working. If you are acquainted with the process then do let me know.
@@aanchalsoni3597 hi Soni, thanks for your feedback. I found a short video which explains how to do it : ua-cam.com/video/Ad_TEk94B9Q/v-deo.html
Please, could you add captions :-) Hi Soni, Thanks but I'm deaf could it be great if you'd add captions (it's a simple button). Thanks in advance :)à
I’m sorry to know that. I’ll work on adding the subtitles.
