He is so right. I made a horrible mistake and didn't raise my children right. Two of my three children turned their backs on the church and have gone the way of the culture. I pray for their souls. My last child is thankfully has stayed faithful to God, married and has 3 children--raising them to love Jesus. I regret trying to live in both worlds. I love Jesus. Just wish I had followed Him 100% twenty years ago

@ruthsyversen5963 "raise up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" is a pretty solid assurance. We MUST model biblical living to our kids, or they'll see nothing different or better than the world has to offer.

I love the fact that Jesus ate. Abraham was being a good host and doing the best he could and Jesus honored His host by graciously accepting the meal. Its a wonderful illustration of God’s interaction with us: He needs nothing from us but He wants fellowship with us, because He’s a loving God 😊
Well, the story was about lot and his family, and the angels were there to destroy the city because of homosexuality and lesbianism, thats why they named the name sidomy after the city
I always thought that story was a little funny because he told him to go get a lamb to eat or whatever it was and I can’t even imagine how long that would’ve takenTo prepare because it’s not like there was a refrigerator with prepared food available. I guess you got to get used to waiting a long time to eat :-)

But the main sins were full of bread and pride which led to perverted sex. Man can’t handle success often. Think of all the elite and Jeffrey Epstein. Many pastors even fall into this, sexual perversion and getting fat bc they got rich off preaching.

All I can say is "WOW" I prayed this morning for my Children & Grandchildren! I was bought up in a believing home and walked away! I asked GOD to forgive me this morning for not letting my family know the truth! They are in worldly trouble and I can now only put them on the mercy of GOD! What a great message Allen!

I really hate these annoying commercials that happen right in the middle of what I'm trying to understand. YT has increased the number of them. That said, this gentleman's teaching is great. Very detailed. Like a berean, I checked the references he laid out and they checked out. I've read these Books so many times and never picked up on a lot of what the pastor brought to light. I believe it is, do not love this world, because this world is of satan. For us Christians we must follow our LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. For HE is the way, the truth, and the life. For no one comes to the FATHER, but through HIM.

Paster Allen, you identify the location of Sodom and Gomorrah at the southeastern end of the Dead Sea. There has been archeological discovery that puts the 2 cities about 8 miles north of the Dead Sea.
A clue is the city of Zoar, where Lot begged the angels to be allow to flee instead of the mountains. Zoar’s location is best understood as being on the southern tip of the Dead Sea, although there is admittedly controversy regarding this. I am no expert, only adding information. May the Lord Bless us all in His soon Return!

I like to say that tis a very good sermon. I am only in 30 minutes of the sermon, and I am thankful to GOD to learn what I am learning, and I cannot wait to share with others. I will tell you that I really like this sermon, but; you have to hate the word but. What I just said before the word but don't mean much. I look at your title of the video and I was lost in the fact we were looking at, why did GOD really destroy Sodom and Gomorrah. So, I will say that I love the way you can speak history. I have to say that I love that comment. But I have to add, that he cries here on earth just as I do. So, just as you said, I don't think he will be crying in heaven, because he will be with his loved ones. And just to say if there was crying, it will me cries of love and joy. I will take that crying any day of the week.

My sister in law just got a cremation yesterday. According to your explanation, her soul in heaven still has 5 senses working. When her physical body went through the cremation, did she feel terrible hot and burnt because of the cremating flames? In the same way, do people who got buried in the ground feel suffocated or not? Believers in Jesus Christ will only suffer, like anyone else, while we are alive. Sicknesses like cancer and other diseases, only effect us until we take our last breath. 2 Corinthians 5:5-11; Acts 7:59-60.

A physical body? Yes. The kingdom of Heaven is a physical place. Enoch ate the bread of Heaven. Bread is made from brain. Grain is physical. Grains is grown. Heaven isn't a fog, a cloud, or immaterial. The Kingdom of Heaven has Gates, streets, it's real.

QUESTION;
As I listen to the pastor say that homosexuality is a grievous sin, I'm reminded that the anti-christ who is prophesied that he doesn't regard women. Therefore could he perform the abomination of marrying a man in the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem? Sounds plausible to me based on this teaching.

❤SHE would have had then to produce estrogen and progesterone which likely would have brought back some youthfulness altogether as the Lord doesn't do things half way but complete. Moses being so old would've been impotent at his age and a bag of bones. God I think will restore her hormones so, yes, shed experience libido and so would Abraham be restored to produce sperm. His count would have been low. The Lord made it happen however.

It was the closest thing to what i have always thought about Sodom and Gomorrah. Except that I was expecting you to include what Ezekiel revealed to us about what God thought the true sin of Sodom and Gomorrah was. Because from my own studies, I think homosexuality is a symptom of something that starts elsewhere. It is a spirit that catches people, who are like described in Ezekiel. Remember that we see this in the book of Judges too. What Ezekiel revealed to us was this:
Ezekiel 16:
49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
These look like the root causes of what finally manifests as homosexuality. Because the act of homosexuality itself lacks compassion for at least one of the partners. One of them is absolutely without ability of 'doing to your neighbour what you would like done to you,' and one of them is just weak. So that ' lack of concern for the poor and needy really born out of having been privileged all their lives and therefore having never felt helpless to be able to feel compassion for another who is in the same situation, they act from shallow unconcern for fellow human suffering. Repeat that over and over and they will be sowing only ' sexual pleasure, which they will reap in plenty, plus lack of concern. They will get to a point where it becomes the situation you see Lot facing - complete callousness! Saying ' we will treat you worse,' but they don't even know what that ' worse does to another human being seeing that it does not happen to them.
So when you think about it, what God is telling us is that, that spirit begins from things we cannot even suspect! They seem simple: being overfed, idle, unconcerned about the poor and needy, of course, because that is not a situation they have ever had to deal with, let alone experience.
Add pride to that and you are bound to come up with a fall.
So this combination of conditions is what breeds what ended up as Sodom and Gomorrah.
It is completely different from the people God leads, for example in the wilderness, who are constantly exposed to lack and have to cry to the Lord for help! And so have gone through need and understand the need and pain of others and are unwilling to expose anybody to needless pain, having felt it themselves. Of course there is a lot more than that here because idleness is the workshop of the devil. If you just have practice ' observing ' the sabbath for a few months and wonder from the beginning what to do with yourself on the Sabbath, you will observe this. And until you discover that the Sabbath is best done as a ' Holy convocation ' that keeps you busy attending to the things of the Lord only, in order to chase the devil and his imaginations, you may not know it that any idle ' sleepy' time is very dangerous for your soul. If you are observant you will literally follow the devil manipulate your imagination attempting to do to you what he did to Eve - hence the importance of keeping a sabbath and keeping it holy to the Lord - completely occupied by the Lord's business. You learn a lot if you truly just test it and observe. You can sense the devil, which in a way has sort of convinced me that the people who think Eve and Adam fell on a sabbath may have a point if the making of man from dust and the animals were placed before ' and He rested on the seventh day.'
So a combination of uncontrolled idleness, lack of concern for others, indulgence and pride is a completely dangerous combination. The homosexuality is really the end product of this - the final result of that combination of circumstances.
And the test the Lord came up with, really is to test for the remaining good people in the place because the angels come and place themselves in the city center in a ' vulnerable ' situation. Any remaining good person, who is capable of feeling for a stranger would have quickly gravitated to protecting them. So their idea was to sieve out the righteous and that is how Lot passed the test. Of course his family was going to be saved like those of Noah, Lot or Daniel - i.e. being saved because they are his but not because they are righteous.
Finally, I also think thst Lots family is a precursor to the great tribulation. Where I think the only truly blessed one was Lot's wife because in the tribulation it is said: blessed are those who die in the Lord! Because Jesus Christ told us that at that time, it will be like this: whoever loses his life will gain it, but whoever gains it will lose it.' Which situation seems to have happened to Lot's family. I think so because: Deuteronomy says: Moabites will never come to the congregation of the Lord, not even in the 10th generation! That is a tough one! And why? Because they are the result of incest. So, Lot and hus daughters may look like they gained their lived, but they actually went ahead to lose it! Just like Jesus Christ taught us: He who gains it will lose it but he who loses it, will gain it. And need I say that Lot's wife becomes a Pilar of salt! Yet Christ says salt is good! Yet Lots wife is not in any fear of losing her salt became she became a pillar if it. I believe Lot and hus family are showing us those who go through the great tribulation just like Egypt shows us how those those Revelation people who are unrepentant will be going from judgment to judgment but failing to repent and just getting harder.
Other than these feelings, I totally was eating up what you were saying in the story of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Oh, plus Abraham I think fully understood the implication of taking anything from the king of Sodom- just like Elisha understood the implication of accepting anything from Naaman the Syrian, which knowledge Gehazi missed and thus taught us through his naive coveting, the hard lesson of why God says ' do not covet.'
Not to be disrespectful or presumptuous. But I think Our Father wants us to know Him. And many of our attributes are much like The Lord. Emotional? Our Senses. Not even close to as Much. But like. Be Who You Were Created To Be.
Young and Old. Grand dads and kids wants the angels. The democrat pride parades

Question....honestly don't know best way to ask so I'll just be blunt....when we pray do we pray to God or to Jesus or do we pray to God through Jesus...when we talk and praise do we praise God or Jesus...will God be angry if u put Jesus above him ?i understand in the beginning was the word and the word was with god and the word was god and the word became flesh....when Jesus taught us how to pray he said our father who is in heaven and he said amen not in jesus name.please help with that im so worried about making God angry for be stupid
After the Resurrection Jesus says in Matthew 28:18 "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." Also see Colossians chapter 2.
That being said, I personally pray Heavenly Father and end my prayer with (in Jesus Christ or Lord Jesus name I pray) amen.
Jesus IS God, it's hard to combine the Trinity and separate them at the same time. Jesus is the mediator between God and Man. Without Jesus on Earth, there would be NO lifeline between God and Man, we would be headed to Hell in a handbasket. Jesus did a great sacrifice as the Mediator. We now have that ability to receive the Holy Spirit within us and be with Him for eternity.

Why does the Bible use the word “men” and then “angels” interchangeably? Why not just say “angels”In both scriptures?

I don't believe that Abraham's 2 visitors with the Lord were angels but the,3 persons of the Holy Trinity. God the Father. Son and Holy Spirit
The correct translation is that Jesus rained brimestone and fire from the heavenly Father. It is not an error. He probably did not know how to explain that and must have thought it was an error. The other translations shows the same thing.

Interesting that three measures of meal were used for the cakes, as three measures were used for the meal having the leaven, symbolizing the kingdom of heaven, baked into it. I believe the three measures of meal represent all the people of the world, all being made up of the descendants of the three sons of Noah.
Interesting that Abraham served milk with a calf. Later it was commanded that a calf not be served with it's mother's milk, which Jews have extrapolated into a law forbidding milk and beef to be served together at all to prevent ever serving a calf with it's mother's milk.
God shows respect of His creatures, even those that are to be slaughtered for food.
Sometimes I wonder if Abraham had served the calf with it's mother's milk, and it hurt God's sensibilities, even though He ate it out of respect for Abraham without saying anything, but then later made the law about not eating a mother's milk with her calf. Just wondering, not doctrine or anything.

To add to the section with Jesus eating. If he is GOD in the flesh didnt the Bible say burnt sacrifice aroma was pleasing to the LORD ? May be why Jesus like to eat. This Pastor guesses a great deal in interpreting Scriptures. Especially with regards to the Sumerian culture and guests. Perhaps a good study of Alfred Edersheim would help.

Unfortunately, he has allowed gluttony to turn his body into a very overweight one. Many men and women of God completely overlook the destruction of gluttony, and it takes away the mobility of the vessel of Christ. That's a common tactic of the enemy. Got to stay fit and healthy to be a good vessel. Now, he has had his problems, like surgeries and joint problems at a younger age, so his mobility before his weight gain wasn't great, but never helping it never helps.
How about we pray for and encourage him instead of gossip about him? You may not have had that goal, but I'm just telling you about how you both sound. Let's do better. Bless you.

@@Bibichnyayes. But not everybody is a Pastor with a filming setup. Most are ground troops, ready to minister and do their purpose in dynamic locations. Apostles don't stay still, evangelists don't stay still, missionaries don't stay still, most Christians with regular jobs don't stay still, etc. We all have a purpose to be ready anywhere we're at to talk about Jesus to somebody. It's hard to do that when the vessel is weak and downtrodden with abuse and infirmity. It also sets up strongholds in the mind to keep us feeling down and psyching ourselves out of spiritual obedience opportunities. Most people in Pastor Allen's position physically sit around and watch TV all day or always complain (which is speaking witchcraft onto one's own life) or always make themselves a victim of their own stupidity and abuse.
I take the temple of the Lord, our bodies, seriously. Didn't God say to take care of it? That includes being active, eating mostly healthy, and watching what goes into our bodies. Most Christians like to hold onto that stronghold and sin, yet act as if we need anointed healing, yet can't stop abusing ourselves! We need to release that stronghold and abuse for us to receive healing and joy in our physical bodies.
