- Reviving the channel after a break. Not Boris cos it's hard to do complicated gimmicks when "boris bad". Guy in medbay knew it was me cos I tried to do a same in the previous round (and didn't get the Ghost). So I either was very lucky with HIGHEST deathstreak in years, or EXTREMELY lucky with 0.666% chance, while rolling 1 out 5 roundstart antagonists.
sadly, I lost footage's audio track. If video dissapears, means Sea of Stars OST need to be replaced.

I still love how even ghost poly was rendered powerless for a bit against the might of the pet carrier.
I remember this. One day I've been possessed by the ghost of poly during a lowpop shift and the admin spawned a gag so my character can shut up instead of spamming quotes...
Just when I thought I had seen it all in SS13, in comes the immortal ghost of a traitorous killer kung-fu space parrot, the bastard child of science and engineering seeking vengeance on the crew that silenced it.

Last thing I expected was to hear of Ghost of Poly being able to haunt people, let alone be mindswapped into. Well, mindswapped into during huge streaks of life/death.
What's funny is that some people were just sounding incredibly disappointed with being haunted.
I remember a bug with poly where if you dusted them their ghost would keep respawning and constantly keep slamming into the supermatter

I rolled sentient animal ghost Poly once. All I did was find an intercom and troll the crew by "repeating" things that were never said. Leave it up to Livrah to find a way of turning a ghost bird into god mode.

Imagine nerfing something that you have to hope the most miniscule of chances happen
I think its more so because its a immortal entity and its guaranteed to happen if poly hits the record so theres no risk if you do it on that round. So if you get hijack you can just speedrun reading a martial arts scroll, breaking into CEs office then mindswap to become an immortal hijacker which can only be stopped by a pet cage (if they allow you to cage them).
Basically the difference between this and the arcade plasma rifle is that one can be killed the other is litteraly immortal
@@kingsuperbobboy you could also make maxcaps in less than 15 minutes every single round, which are far more devastating to the station and round as a whole
just make ghost of poly killable with anti-magic weaponry rather than neutering gimmicks even further
@@cooldud7071 Difference is you can kill maxcap man and see a player making dozens of maxcaps you cant kill immortal Poly man who phases through walls and is unkillable

i remember one time on a different server (this didnt exist) an admin made a ghost role to be a gigantic poly of vengeance or whatever and their mission was to kill the CE. poly couldn't attack, so I just followed the CE and made him go nuts until he jumped into the supermatter

If all the heads dies and at least one headrev is alive, round automatically ends. A shorter round means less fun for any antag. That's why you have no reason to help revs if you aren't one of them
