1. Exfoliate : Brown sugar +honey + Aloevera gel
2. Deap Cleanse : Sea salt +olive oil +lemon
3. Balance oil of scalp : Baking soda + conditioner
4. Growth : Lemon + almond oil+ sugar
5. Hair detox : Cinnamon powder + honey +coconut oil
If we don't get brown sugar , can we use white sugar?

Some kind of flakes start forming in my hair after 2-3 days of wash...Does this indicate dryness?
Those flakes are symptoms of dry scalp. It occurs due to lack of moisture.

You ca use n conditioner as a scrub once a week, it doesn't necessarily moist your scalp because here the point of applying conditioner is to prevent dryness and itching

It's very vague about how to use these scrubs are you only supposed to pick one and do that once a week? I've seen videos where they talk about doing a scrub before each shower followed by shampoo followed by some sort of conditioner or hydration mask. Would you recommend doing all of these or would that irritate your scalp from trying too many different things?

Hey Tahera, while conditioner itself isn't recommended to apply as it is on the scalp, baking soda is abrasive and can leave your hair and scalp dry if you just apply it as is and then follow it up with a shampoo. So in order to balance the moisture level and make sure the scalp remains hydrated - conditioner for this DIY wont harm your hair. -Team Glamrs
Please don't apply conditioner on your scalp it will clog your hair follicles

I actually stay in place where it is almost summer for good 8-9 months, and due to being in the kitchen or out side or wherever, i start sweating to a extreme where the sweat ends up reaching eyes. Even though i wash my hair in summers to avoid this salty sweat to sit in my scalp, but some how i feel my scalp is quite dry and start getting dandruff due to over dryness and face this issue of EXCESSIVE hair fall.
Is there a better way to control this hair fall in such weather?
