Hi Rebecca. I’m starting a puppy painting. I already did a practice painting but I had trouble with the nose. On my study, I did the face last. I notice you did the eyes and nose first. Is this your usual starting off point?

Hi Melanie, yes, I almost always begin with the eyes and often the nose too. The eyes create the personality of the animal, and I find it encouraging to get them in first.
