Looks like they're all taking off on 33L to the northwest. Logan often flies patterns directly over my house in summer from that runway, and then they shift take-offs to the northeast on 4R later in the year. Amazing how many people come in and out of that airport every day.
All departures in this video were either using Runway 9 or Runway 4R, 33L was not used. The runways actually change weekly, some days they’re using 4R and others the 22s and 33L
May be small if size is your thing, but the setting right out in the harbor with the city skyline so close you could practically reach out and touch it in one direction, the shipping lanes entrance to the outer harbor to the east, and the charming one time weekend waterfront escape mansions of the wealthy (now the suburb of Winthrop) to the northeast ... it's far more varied and interesting than any other major US hub airport I can think of. When viewed looking to the south you can see the gantry cranes of the seaport district, with the Blue Hills Reservation off in the far distance, and all the many wild harbor islands too. Heck you even see the massive Deer Island Metropolitan Water Treatment plant w it's signature egg-shaped anaerobic digester tanks!!! Try to pack all that variety in the setting of your much larger ATL airport.
Nice catch! 5:08

Thanks for the video. Is it possible to include the ICAO airport codes too? 👍
Glad you enjoyed.
I can test ICAO codes for future videos but we like to stick to IATA formats as this is what’s used more for the general public.
It is so perfect can you do it every day

Was this the debut of the Austrian service?
Nope, Austrians inaugural was July 1st. We recorded that and plan to put out a short video this weekend.
Logan is such small airport compare to ATL
Might be smaller than ATL but I love the variety of BOS
